Domestic Orders

Shipping is free for all orders whose delivery address is within Türkiye. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

All your orders are insured and delivered to your address against signature.

Overseas Orders

Shipping is free of charge for all international orders whose delivery address is outside of Türkiye.

Each Story is not responsible for customs fees and taxes in the destination country, these payments will be the buyer's responsibility. All your orders are delivered to your address against signature.

Return policy

You can return or exchange products purchased from our Online Store within 14 days from the delivery date, or request an exchange voucher for future use. (This return procedure only applies to products purchased from our Online Store.)

Special orders are final sale and non-refundable.
